h o m e | l i v i n g r o o m
Geoff and I purchased a beautiful old home in May 2011. And while it is old, it's in great shape...we just need to put our stamp on it. We've been busy collecting ideas (thank you Pinterest), but the rooms are starting to come together.

home | biggy stripe
I'm feeling inspired by this image I found online. The big bold stripe is an awesome way to break up a wall. Must. Use. It. Somewhere.
home | cup holders
We needed some cup holders to attach to our fence. Why? Because when you're playing cornhole you may have to put your drink down. I could not find anything I liked so I got creative. So easy...especially when Geoff does all the labor. :0)
Step One: buy old crates (thanks Etsy)
Step One: buy old crates (thanks Etsy)
Step Two: cut them in half
Step Three: hang them up!

New Obsession
I have been obsessing over Pinterest for months. Now, I'm sure you know what it is, but here's an explanation anyway. Pinterest (as described by Pinterst themselves) “is a virtual pinboard – a place where you
can create collections of things you love and “follow” collections
created by people with great taste.”
It’s so simple to use! You can
“pin” anything you like on the web and add it to any “board” you create.
You can also “follow” other "pinners" and see what they're pinning. Just be sure to find the original source before pinning. (We always want to give proper credit.)

Hair Help!
For me, fixing my hair can be a tad bit complicated. Mostly because I lack any sort of talent in this department. On a typical day I pull it back into a pony tale or just power dry it and walk out the door. Boring. Here are some inspirational photos I've been holding onto. Perhaps some day I'll give one of them a try.

home | green thumb
After living in this house for over a year...we have some yard work to do. Really just some colorful plants to add to the front, ground cover for the back and we need to plant a garden. Stay tuned for the results.
